The manufacturer’s warranty Nidec Leroy-Somer, covers all new generators and overhauled equipment.
Warranty service regulations
• A malfunction has been detected or an unscheduled equipment shutdown has occurred.
• The customer contacts the NNG ENERJI technical support service.
• Departure NNG engineer to the site, if it is impossible to eliminate the problem remotely.
• Preparation of a warranty request by a NNG representative for the Nidec Leroy-Somer plant.
• The warranty case is confirmed by the manufacturer.
• The service team of “NNG Engineering” performs warranty repairs.
In case of using non-original components or violation of the rules for operating the equipment, the service warranty is not provided.
Post-warranty service
• Maintenance of Leroy-Somer equipment in accordance with the regulations.
• Delivery of original spare parts directly from the manufacturer.
Service after the end of the warranty period for the equipment is carried out on the basis of a long-term or standard contract.
